Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StadiumDepot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of presets from StadiumDepot for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the presets for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in presets
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the presets
• Transfer the presets to another person or "mirror" the presets on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us through OAuth providers (Google or GitHub), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth account and for all activities that occur under your StadiumDepot account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

By using StadiumDepot, you may create, upload, post, or share various types of content, including but not limited to presets, usernames, profile information, bios, preset names, descriptions, and any other data you enter on the platform.

4.1 Preset Uploads

By uploading presets to StadiumDepot, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the preset or have obtained explicit written permission from the original creator to upload and distribute it
• You own or have the necessary rights to distribute the preset
• The preset is your own original work and has not been copied, modified, or derived from another person's preset without proper authorization
• The preset does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• The preset is not illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• You grant StadiumDepot a license to host, display, and distribute your preset

Ownership Verification: StadiumDepot uses fingerprint hashing technology to detect duplicate presets. Uploading presets that are not your own work, or uploading duplicates of existing presets, may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension or termination of your account, and legal action.

4.2 Content Restrictions

All user-generated content on StadiumDepot, including usernames, profile information, bios, preset names, descriptions, and any other data entered on the platform, must comply with our community standards. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language or imagery
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Violent, threatening, or harassing content
• Content that promotes illegal activities
• Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content

StadiumDepot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards, suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these policies, and take appropriate legal action when necessary.

5. Payment and Refunds

Presets may be available for purchase through our marketplace. Creators can set prices for their presets, and users can purchase presets directly from creators. All sales are final. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing preset download or if a preset is removed due to policy violations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against any individual or group
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To upload, post, or share content that is hateful, racist, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, or otherwise violates our community standards as outlined in Section 4

7. Disclaimer

The presets on StadiumDepot are provided on an "as is" basis. StadiumDepot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StadiumDepot or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the presets on StadiumDepot, even if StadiumDepot or a StadiumDepot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to Terms

StadiumDepot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Trademark Disclaimer

StadiumDepot is an independent community project and is not affiliated with Line 6 or Yamaha Guitar Group. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Reverse Engineering and Code Protection

The Service, including but not limited to its client-side code, user interface, signal chain visualization system, and all related software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or technology used by StadiumDepot
• Copy, reproduce, or replicate the signal chain visualization system, interactive features, or any proprietary user interface elements
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to extract, scrape, or analyze the client-side code or functionality
• Create derivative works based on StadiumDepot's proprietary code, visualizations, or user interface designs
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service

Intellectual Property: All code, designs, visualizations, and proprietary systems used by StadiumDepot are the exclusive property of StadiumDepot and its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any proprietary code or systems may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

Permitted Use: You may view and interact with the Service through a standard web browser for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including but not limited to commercial use, redistribution, or creation of competing services, is strictly prohibited without express written permission from StadiumDepot.
